Refund Policy
Overview: You have 30 days to request a return. All returns are handled through our print partner, Luma Prints, so nothing gets sent back without contacting us first. We don’t offer exchanges, but we’ll make things right if your order arrives damaged or wrong.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at wundersprite@wundersprite.com. Please do not send returns to any address before contacting us. All returns are processed through our production partner, Luma Prints, and must be approved through us first.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can’t be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products

Perishable goods (like food or plants)

Personal care items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The best way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return via Luma Prints, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
