Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, and PayPal through our Shopify checkout. Your payment is processed securely.
Production & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to produce my order?
A: Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) are produced the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will be produced the next business day.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: We ship within the United States only via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days). Shipping time starts after your order has been shipped, which may be up to one business day after production.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be approved by us before sending anything back.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer exchanges at this time. The best way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Issues
Q: What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
A: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wundersprite@wundersprite.com. We’ll work with our print partner to resolve the issue quickly.
